Dress was too big in the shoulder/arm/chest area. Unfortunately the dress is also see through

I bought this dress and the cut was amazing and I loved it but I ordered the yellow with small florals and it was completely see through. You could see the pockets completely and even the white tag making it unwearable. I was so disappointed because the style was exactly what I was looking for but had to return it right away especially considering the price.

The dress has the potential to be super cute but the material of the dress is super thin. It’s only one layer so when you wear it, the pockets stand out against the dress since they’re the only part with a thicker material, whereas the rest of the dress looks see through.

I have a couple of these dresses and was excited to get this style in the yellow colour. Sadly, it was VERY sheer - I could see all the seams and clearly see the pockets. The look wasn’t polished like the darker colours that I have so it was a no for me.

I'm returning this dress for 2 reasons. The 1st being that I purchased it online and it arrived with a stain on it. The stain is dark yellow on one end of the sash, which doesn’t seem like a big deal, but since this dress was $158.00 I expected more from Aritzia. The 2nd reason is the material. It is very see-through, I wonder why it wasn’t made with a built in underlay especially since it has pockets and buttoned front that are garishly noticeable in contrast to the rest of the dress which a slip wouldn’t make any less noticeable. Also the material is easily wrinkled and the dress arrived horribly wrinkled, maybe this was someone else’s return and they put it right back into rotation without a quality check? All in all I am very disappointed in Aritizia and the quality of this dress, which is sad because it is cute and fits perfectly. This was my 1st time ordering from here and I won’t be doing it again.
Hopefully the return process will go smoothly.

I am in love with this dress in yellow, fits perfectly aside from the fact its sheer (underwear is completely visible). For the price, it wish it had lining.

I purchased the dress in yellow, beautiful pattern and fit but extremely see-through. I am not able to wear it for this reason, even with nude colour underwear, will return.

I wanted to buy this dress last year but it wasn’t available and when I saw it now I had to buy it. Color and pattern are beautiful. The shorter féminin sleeves make it even better. Fabric is comfortable. So SO pleased with this dress. Will be perfect for my trip in Nice this spring.

I wanted to love this dress, but the pockets in the yellow version are so white and so visible. disappointing!

The fit was okay (shoulders a bit large and sloppy looking) but what made me return it, no questions asked, was the sheerness of this dress. It was so see through that I could see the pockets, seams, the tags including the writing on them lol and the shadow of my butt even though I opted for firstly nude underwear, then nothing under and it still couldn’t work. I returned it the day I got it in the mail. The yellow with the flower pattern was beautiful so it’s a shame. Not worth the hefty price tag.

This dress fits perfectly and is true to size! I wanted to buy the Wilfred shirt dress back before the pandemic but missed it... so happy it's back!! Please make more with floral patterns!!

I loved the OG shirt dress with the beautiful shell buttons and the slightly longer sleeves. The buttons aren't as nice this time and the sleeves are a bit more capped but not too bad. Otherwise, the fit is exactly the same everywhere else, and it drapes really nicely. I'm normally a size S/4 and the M fits me absolutely perfectly. As for the fabric, I really like the print on both the white and yellow but you'll need to wear nude underwear as the fabric is quite sheer. I wish they were lined a bit better.
