ShapeEnhance™ Short

Why are my reviews for these shape enhance pieces not appearing? as with other reviewers, I'm trying to help others not waste money on something that isn't going to work for them. Here's another try at reviewing this line: I'm waist 25-25.5 depending on the day but i have hips at 35. I can't get any of the bottoms-only ones on passed my hips AT ALL in XS or S and you can't return, hence leaving a review. I would suggest ppl who have hip size up and ignore their regular size even if they want the snatched effect bc it's really small. I have almost the same pieces in other popular and more expensive brands and don't have this problem.

I was able to try on multiple sizes since the fitting room had them available. I tried on M and L since I’m towards the larger end of M (W:29” H: 40”). Both sizes were very difficult to get on- there wasn’t a huge difference between the sizes on that front- but the M compressed more like I was looking for. For both sizes I really had to do a lot of adjusting until I could tell everything was in the right spot but I could easily feel once everything was where it should be based on where the shorts were more compressive. I recommend trying them on in person, if possible, bc it definitely depends on your preference of compression to comfort. Both sizes felt more comfortable than the shapewear I currently own and these seem like they would stay up no problem.
My main complaint is that they are so high waisted that you can’t wear them under a high waisted skirt unless your shirt is tucked in. Also, the leg hems of both sizes looked a teensy bit tight on my thighs- so be aware of that if, like mine, your thighs are more fleshy than muscular.

The shorts feel like quality compression wear and I was able to get them on but I definitely recommend sizing up. Took me a bit of time to get them on because they were so tiny but otherwise they feel good and are comfortable for everyday wear. I wear a size 31 jean and I ordered a large

This garment seems is well made and good quality, but it’s extremely small. It’s almost impossible to put it on and feels super tight- definitely seize up- even two sizes up
