From the short sleeved photo, I thought it was a light summer skirt. It is a medium weave, better suited to colder weather. I would have returned it if I could.

Im very petite so I was a little nervous about the size but it fits PERFECTLY! Im obsessed! Definitely loving Aritzia and their clothes. Great quality!

I'm around 5'1'' and 105 lbs. So the skirt was a bit long for me and would wrinkle up whenever I walked in it. I tried pulling it up but it still wrinkles and falls down a bit around my waist. I think I should've gone with an xxs or something. So keep that in mind if you're shorter!

Normally wear size S in skirts but personally had to size down. Very nice thicker fabric, lays well across the body. Has a good stretch, the length is just right, can be dressed up or down. A perfect staple for you closet. I chose the colour black, the colour is a rich true black in person.

I really love this skirt. The fabric is soft and pretty good for the price. I would give it a five but I did find the sizing ran a little small for this particular piece since it is body fit. I had exchange the small to a medium but it still looks good! I bought the brown and matte pearl colour.
