Great pant.
Love how these pants are cropped. These pants are not a tight fit like the Melinas and have a straight/wide leg look. I prefer these more but it does make my butt look a little flat.

Almost perfect
Finally - a tapered leg vegan leather pant! These were nearly perfect - high rise, flattering cut, and ankle length (5'4"). But the left pocket was sewn incorrectly so the lining was showing and it was visibly folding/creasing. If you look closely in the pictures you can see this happening and it's more obvious when the pants are on your body.

Curvy figures, rejoice! Wonky leg issue, though.
This is the perfect faux-leather pant if the Melina didn't work for you -- it's VERY well-suited to those who have a small waist and larger hips/butt/thighs. I am usually a size 2 in numbered Aritzia bottoms, and took the same size. The downfall of these pants is that I got a weird warping/indent on the outside of my legs when I put these on, around the quads, which made them look incredibly goofy! I am quite short, so I wonder if it's because the legs are shaped for someone with longer proportions than me, and are supposed to flow more nicely. I actually thought my first pair might have been defective, so I purchased a second, which exhibited the same issue!

I'm 5'2, 119 lbs, with a 26" waist and 37" hip (mostly butt).

Style is cute but sizing is off
Purchased an 8 but the waist line was way smaller than it should be. Fits more like a 4 which made the back belt strap and side rip off. So disappointing.
