I am in love with the dress! I got both the lilac and the black one. I am 5'9 and 160 pounds and usually am between M and L. I got them in M and they fit great! I have bigger boobs and the dress is really flattering in this department. Be aware that the dress is pretty tight fitting and will show a bloat or any rolls you may have (in black it is much less noticeable tho). The fabric is extremely soft and nice. I want to also point out that the cups have a wire, but the cups themselves are just the same material as the dress and are not structured.

So I listened to the other reviews and got a size XS thinking it would be large but it isn’t; it’s super tight which is maybe what some people are looking for, but maybe too tight… you can see my rolls and everything 😅 I should’ve stuck to my usual size which is a size Small. I am 5’1 and 115 pounds btw. If you are a size small usually, get the small - do not size down. Bummer I can’t return cuz this is final sale

I really like this dress, the adjustable straps are a great feature and the bust area is super flattering even on smaller chests! It cinches into the waist and the fabric is extremely soft and comfortable. I will say on a shorter girl (I'm 5'3") it hits more like a maxi dress than a midi dress. It also fits a little big especially if you're short, so size down!

True to size and a beautiful colour. Would definitely recommend purchasing!

I have been eyeing this dress for so long, and i was sadly disappointed to find the dress size I ordered is kind of big. I am not going to return it for a smaller size for fear that it may then be too small. The color is gorgeous (purchased the green) and the material as per usual is heavenly, but it’s baggy in the cups and gaping in the mid-low back area. I just might have to get the dress altered which as we all know is a bummer. I’d size down on this one ladies but the style and quality as always is top notch.

Ok I love this dress! I am a size 10/12/14 depending on the cut of things, and a 38D chest. I got a size L and it’s absolutely a perfect fit on my chest and flares out at the right part on the waist. I am 5’7 so this is a true midi on me. Material is thick, although I did get the black which will likely hide more lumps and bumps than the lavender might. I’m a pretty dedicated Aritzia client but never had luck with dresses. This one is a winner.

I own a Montague dress in black that I bought last year and its easily my favourite dress that I own. Its so flattering and I get a ton of compliments on it. I was excited to pick up the Grotto Green colour this year and was so disappointed at the changes to the fit. The seam at the waist has been removed on this version, so the dress hangs from the bust instead of cinching in at the waist. The a-line shape of the previous dress is super flattering but the two front seams and lack of a waist seam on this version makes it cling in an unflattering snug way to the hips and stomach instead of flowing outwards at the waist. I would love to see this come back in the same style as last year's version. I will say I like the weight and thickness of the fabric on this dress this year though!

I got this dress in my usual size M and it fits well, I’d say it’s a little more on the loose side but I wouldn’t be able to go smaller due to the cup size. It fit a 34 DDD showing a bit of cleavage so I’d say the cups are a generous size. The only issue is that it’s not the most supportive in the bust like I hoped it would be. But a bra is doable with this style. I wish it was a little bit more like a built in bra corset style with supportive cups, that would be amazing. I’m still keeping this dress because the material and the green colour is phenomenal, if the price were any higher though - I’d return it simple due to the unsupportive bust area.
