freeform shirt

I love these shirts. They fit awesome. They have lots of colors. They wash up beautifully and you can toss them in the dryer and they are wrinkle free. I have 5 of them.

Beautiful weight, not for hot summer but pretty much any other season, would love a lighter weight for summer months

I’m 150cm/4’11, 48kgs with short arms and 2XS is perfect for me! The arms might be a bit longer but because I have short arms but I don’t mind cos I like how it looks on me. I like it to wear as an open cardigan. Thick fabric and great quality.

I love this shirt! I had bought 2 last summer in size xxs. The new ones I had to size up to an xs. The cuffs on the sleeves are much tighter and overall just fit smaller.

No complaints with this shirt, if pairing the shirt with the matching pants it could me look like wearing the pyjamas.
Also the white color looks too much like a lab coat.

Shirt fits larger but the material is amazing quality.

Fits a little loose but that is the style I expected. Love the colour and the fit!

I bought the freeform in 4 colors in June and found the small to be too big so I had them tailored. I just bought it in inenn no of the new fall Color’s, spiced burgundy, and I was contemplating buying the XS so that I would not have to tailor it but decided to get the small and tailor it so that it would fit the same as the others. I am glad I did. Aritzia has changed the sizing and made it more true to size with these new fall Color’s. There was no need to size down. I find that this happens often with aritzia cloths. They change the sizing on items that the y continue to make and do not let us know that sizing has been adjusted. I have had the same problem with the cherelle jacket which they have been making for years and which I have 5 of and with several other staples. They should give us this information when they adjust sizing on products.

I really love this blouse when I first owned one. I bought five of them already! It is so versatile and you can wear it through the year. It is cute and chic. Highly recommended!!!

If you do get it just note that the sleeves are now a lot tighter than before! I believe they change the sizing a little bit more so on the sleeve(cuff)but the overall shirt is oversize! I got an xs but end up returning it. I will definitely be sizing up for sure!

I had originally sized down because of how oversized everyone was saying it would be, however the sleeves around the wrist were way too tight and would go up half my arm in any type of moment, exchanged it for my normal size and its the perfect oversized shirt, not too big and can be worn with anything. The buttons are no longer black they're more tortoise colored. Already snagged it after first wear but still in love with the deconstructed blazer look.

I didn't received the same style as in the picture. I ordered the light birch, but the buttons are brown and the cuffs are so small my hands can't get through at all, I have to unbutton them every time. I ordered a size smaller than usual and it's still oversized but looks good. I will return it, that's not what I expected.

Obsessed with this shirt. I sized up for an even more oversized fit. The material is beautiful, and the fit is as shown/ described. Works with a casual outfit or dressed up.

The basket weave of previous years was better quality. The 2022 fabric is crepe which is lighter but can snag.. I bought small for a relaxed look. If you want it to fit oversized, stay true to size. For petites, I would size down 2 sized because the sleeves can be quite long. Love wearing this top like a blazer for work. Super versatile!

I get the pink onde and its truite beautiful. Consider that the fit it’s oversized.

Love this staple piece !!! The fabric is light but feels good quality!!! I love wearing blazers I was looking for something to wear in hot weather over bodysuit with shorts or just casual with my effortless pants or jeans , I have tons of ideas to wear this freeform shirt I got it in two colors and I love them already.

You can dress it up or down, I fit a small/medium/6/8. nice for spring the material isn’t too thick but it is thicker than a regular dress shirt I do enjoy it so I bought 2. hopefully this helps someone :) happy shopping <3

Love this shirt! I wear it at work instead of a blazer. It literally goes with everything and is light enough for summer. Also machine washable, which is amazing!

The quality and colour is beautiful however it was way too big

Oversized style is comfy and flattering to wear dressed with jeans or more formally, the effortless pants. Great for work and light enough to throw on for a summer evening

Great shirt. Good quality can wear it many ways. Dress up or down. Car be worn like a blazer or just like that or even to throw over when it’s cooler outside. Very versatile.

Great shirt and love the green! BUT size down at least one size. I am normally a medium/large depending on item(I’m 5’ 7 and 165lbs) and bought a large it was swimming on me. Exchanged for a small and it’s perfect - even a bit on the big side!

I ordered both the light birch and black in the freeform shirt and I want every single colour now. It’s flowy and soft but with a heaviness to it so you can wear it all year round. I’m stunned. Great job Aritzia. So classy.

I'm curvacious and love a good blazer/cover. The materials fantastic and colour matched the carrot pant but the cut was unfriendly for someone with an hourglass figure. I tried to make it work but it just looked boxy even when I sized down

Perfect top in between formal and casual! I wear it as a blazer/shirt jacket. Bought it in black originally and then just repurchased in pink. Fits oversized but I still purchased my normal size (small).

I love this shirt, it’s heavy enough to double as a shacket. I tried on in store buttoned up and loved it as a work shirt, but I got home and opened up with my heli tank underneath and loved it even more. I am going back to purchase the black since it’s less structured as a blazer but appropriate for work. I am usually a large but got a medium and it still buttons up perfectly around my larger breasts. I got the ardoise color which I loved the most since the buttons are white and are a good contrast.

Good quality, but size runs large

A great staple piece to have in your wardrobe. Had a nice weight and seems appropriate for year round wear (I love in US - Mid Atlantic). Can be worn as a blouse or open. Fit is oversized. I’m usually a medium and purchased a small.

I actually disagree with a previous review- I bought the flax beige and find it’s a beautiful buttery light yellow. Perfect for summer- I also have the pants for a full set. Very pleased with this and will buy more in the future!

Overall, style-wise, this is a great oversized blouse that is a bit heavier in weight. Not sheer at all. The flax beige colour however is not at all as pictured. I was hoping for a buttery, creamy, pale yellow as pictured and it was a nude/flesh colour. Washed me out (fair skinned) and had to return.

I love the fabric on this shirt- it’s so thick it’s almost like a blazer! The collar is super nice, and an easy way to dress up a look. Order your usual size if you want an oversized look- I’m typically a small and this hangs of the shoulders a bit (I don’t mind).
