A little big upon the first try on & too big as they stretched out a bit! I unfortunately went with the size 30 as the description said 100% cotton. I’m 5’5” with a smaller waist in comparison to my bum & thighs (I have thick thighs!!) These are definitely more of a stretchier jean material. They still feel high quality, but after 1 wash they don’t fit the same. I was fine with the more oversized fit, even as they stretched out a bit, but after one wash they feel different. I got the wash Enchanted (I think) on sale, and I really wish I would have just sized down now. If I knew these were comfort stretch and not 100% cotton I would have sized down to either a 29 or even a 28. Can’t return, so I’ll be taking them to a seamstress for the waist and then just dealing with the bit of bagginess in the crotch/bum. They are SO comfy - that is why I still rate them so high. I wouldn’t buy these if they weren’t on sale!

The jeans fit nicely in the legs and the material is great. But giant gapping in the back at the waist. I flip flop between 27,28 but I probably could size down.

I really loved how the jeans look. Like the way the leg part falls on me! Such a perfect length. But the button fly causes too much fabric gathering on the front which means it’s really baggy but the waist already fits well :( Hoping this comes out with a zipper fly!

Ordered these jeans 50% off in the colour enchanted and I am so happy I did. The wash is stunning in person and mimics a true vintage jean. Given these are supposed to fit loose I would say the fit true to size. If you want them tight on your but and waist then order TTS. If you want them to be loose on your thighs, butt, etc and fit like the model then order then 2 to 3 sizes up. I am 5'7, 138lbs and I ordered a 27 and realistically should have gotten a 28 so they fit loose through my thighs. I normally wear a 26 or 25 in agolde 90s. The length on these for me is PERFECT with a pair of sneakers or flip flops and I can't wait to wear these throughout the spring. If another colour goes on sale I would not hesitate to but them. One thing to note is these are not 100% cotton like the website suggests... they have 2% polyurethane which honestly is a welcome addition as it gives the jeans a worn in soft feel making them a perfect "chill saturday" jean rather than a stiff 100% cotton.

I’m 5’10 so the jeans are just slightly shorter than I would like. But the style, wash, cut is PERFECT that I kept them. This stage in my life if jeans aren’t long enough I don’t waste my money but these were too beautiful not to have in my life. I don’t consider these a “wide-leg” trouser- they’re waaaay better. More of a loose fit.
