I'm 5'6, about 130 lbs a true small (long legs, short torso) and ordered a size small in this dress; its just about the most adorable dress I've ever owned. Fits super flattering on top (adjustable straps for difference bust sizes) and poofs out just the right amount. If you enjoy the babydoll style, you'll really love this dress.
