Impeccable quality, its hard to find coats now that are 100% wool without paying a lot more! Love the look, the color is very neutral.

Before I purchased the Trench I read a lot of reviews. I decided to buy the size small and so glad I did. It’s the perfect weight and does not look overwhelming on me. For reference I am 5’2 and 130lbs athletic build. The Ashy color is beautiful and the look of this trench is unique.

This trench is T-H-E perfect trench for these Vancouver seasons! Can easily transition from fall, warm winter and spring! Very on-trend, the cut is beautiful and the details are on-point! From the front lapels, to the little extras like the extra button to keep the belt in place! I was eyeing the dark tan colour and so glad it went on sale! I’m only 5’ and the XS was perfect, doesn’t swallow me up or make me frumpy. A definite staple in my closet, buy it with no regrets!

The fit guide suggested medium but most reviews say it runs big and to size down and I'm glad I did. Perfect, perfect fit! Stitching details are tight and solid with comfortable well-placed pockets. I'm new to wool coats (prior fast fashion girl) so the weight and smooth, satiny feel was strange at first but now I'm hooked. I do wish it would have been fully lined though; this is my only complaint.

Sleeves were quite short and body was too large. It was final sale so it cannot be returned. I did take it to a seamstress for alterations so hopefully that will address the sleeves issue. I do wish they have more tall options. The material was a bit different than expected, not bad, just not the traditional material used for trench coats.

As for this product, it is top-notch. Everything about this trench screams timeless and expensive starting with the buttons to the material, which is 100 percent wool. The only reason I am giving it 4-stars is because I got the size large, which is a bit bigger. I would have been happier with medium. But if you are into layering with oversize garments, then large is perfect.

It was my first time purchasing something off Aritzia and I decided on this particular trench after seeing a bunch of good reviews on both YouTube and TikTok.

First off, it is indeed a well made trench coat. I like the fact that it’s primarily made of wool, and the details of the coat from the secure buttons, stitching, and buckle details are nice highlights.

I was slightly unsure of sizing since a lot of people mentioned it was heavily oversized. As someone who usually wears XS or S in terms of clothing, I bought the small intending to fit other layers underneath and since I have a larger bust at 32D. It is maybe a tad bit larger than my usual coats but I think I actually like that because it has a nice flair to it when I tie the coat in the back. The length is also just perfect for someone petite like myself at 150cm. It comes right up to my ankles and looks nice as a full length trench. The only thing that isn’t as perfect is the belt hoops on the waist. Since it’s a longer coat on me, the belt hoops are slightly lower than my waist so I find myself adjusting the coat a little to tie the belt actually where I want it to sit. Of course you could just take the belt out of the hoops entirely and tie it higher up as well, but it would have been better had the belt hoops fit where I wanted them (but my height’s to blame for that 😅).

Overall, it’s a very nice trench and has a good weight to it that allows it to fall nicely along the body and has a premium look to it. I’m happy that I got it on sale for less than half the original price and look forward to wearing it more once the weather becomes slightly more warm ^^

Great quality and attention to detail (reinforced buttons, thoughtful belt detailing, excellent material - not itchy?!). I am muscular up top and typically a small, sometimes a medium, but I listened to reviews and sized down to an xs. I'm glad I did. It fits perfectly with enough room for a light sweater. Love seeing this quality of item from Aritzia. Solid staple.

Great quality but the front flaps and sleeves look overwhelming on someone my size and are not flattering. It is also veryy over sized.

Absolutely gorgeous. Definitely has a good weight to it, the fit is perfect, and the design is beautiful. I was worried it would be too long, but for shorter girls like myself, what looks like knee-length on the model hits my calf, but this makes it all the more dressed up.

Beautifully made and a unique yet classic wool coat. I got it in Caramelo Tan and it’s the perfect camel. It is slightly oversized so I tied the strap in the back to cinch in the waist. I found this to be much more flattering and less bulky. I wished it was fully lined but it’s not a big deal.

11/10. This is everything! The fit is perfect. Plus the fact I got it half priced is 100% worth it to me. Get it!

I watched reviews on the quality of this coat online and I had to try it. It looked awful on me. Heavy and the front flaps added bulk and didn’t allow for any waist definition. Probably looks better on straighter figures. Returned

I usually wear a small in tops, I got an XS and it's perfect. I'm 5"3 and around 125lbs. My waist is 25" but my hips are 38" and the fabric still has enough room to flow around my body. I'm obsessed with this trench coat. 100% wool is incredible. I hope Aritzia brings in more natural fabrics. The stitching details are perfect. The buttons are nice and feel sturdy. There's even a little clasp at the neck line to keep it cinched in more if you want to wear it completely done up.

I am 5"2 and got 2xs and it fits beautifully. It fell right above my mid calf. It drapes so well and every stitch was nice and neat. Not a thread out of place. It fits really well, but it does come very very large. I sized down to the 2xs and still managed to EASILY slip the peggy sweater underneath with ease. I would not have complained paying full price for a coat that is heavy, drapes well, and is made from 100% wool, but I scored and got it on deeper markdown. Highly recommend!

I've been eyeing this trench for a few months and I finally snagged one. I love all the finishes on this coat as well as the details and the hidden buttons (besides the top one). I'm normally a XS or S in wilfred and I purchased in a S which was perfect for me; it wasn't too large as some others have stated. The XS I tried on in store had a slightly short arm length which I didn't prefer. Overall very happy with my new coat!

I agree with other reviews, size down!Otherwise it might fit a bit bulky.
Material is heavier than expected which I love.
The only down side is that, when I tried on with my lulu leggings (I am a legging girl) it was sticking with each other.

A bit heavy and frumpy for a trench. Would look better on someone taller. Returned and opt for the Finch trench instead.

Fits perfect. Elevated any outfit.
My only complaint is that the color is a lot darker than in the photos. Instead of light Khaki Tan.
More of a dark olive brown tone.

I was going to buy this in store but the ones hanging are already piling and has loose threads. XS fit great and it does fit larger so definitely size down. I wish aritzia marked this down even lower because from the racks the fabric is already looking worn out! Beautiful on otherwise. For the price of almost $300 on sale, not worth it.

It's currently 34 fahrenheit in early January and I felt perfectly comfortable wearing just this and a sweatsuit. The material and detailing is gorgeous. I spilled salsa on it almost immediately and it came right out with a tide pen 😄. I sized down once and love it!

Love seeing something like this from Aritzia! When so many trench coats have that same classic lapel style I love that this is something different. This is definitely a long coat, I am 5'2 and this hits mid calf on me. This fits large, I could have easily gone for an xxs or an xs (there is a lot of room in the waist/body, but went with the xs for the more oversized look on the arms. In wilfred I am usually an xs or xxs depending on thr style. Really nice stitching and nice details like the clasp near the neck

Loved this coat on the website, ordered a small but when it arrived it was comically large, 2-3 sizes too big. It looked like a good quality coat however, given my height (5'2) and weight (~125lbs), I'm normally between a small and medium, but I hated the large hardwear and the belt was around my hips, so I returned and don't plan to reorder. Wish this came in a short version with smaller hardwear.

I order a black XXS, I wanted to love this but it made me upper body look so baggy and messy. I was really disappointed in this design but the quality was fantastic! Beautiful finishes.

Its cute and chic without trying too hard but I do wish the hardware was a nice metal instead of covered with fabric. Its lightweight but will keep you warm. The fabric is thick and I've had no issues with pilling/loose threads/etc., buttons are well secured, pockets have a good amount of space. It does collect hair to a certain extent, so if you have pets you might want to keep a lint roller handy, however, its nothing ridiculous. I have broad shoulders and have plenty of space in the arms and chest, the belt allows you to cinch the coat to your waist, or you can just have it tied in the back. There's a hook and eye at the collar that allows you to clasp it which makes it look really polished and neat while done up. The style is timeless in my opinion and its good quality, so I expect many seasons of wear.

I love this coat - the weight is substantial, fabric feels really nice and love the leather details. Has an effortlessly cool look to it. Got my regular size, the same size I order in Aritzia blazers, etc.

Heavy weight trench with over lay across the front chest and back that makes the coat seem unnecessarily bulky. Runs large so you will need to size down. I should have ordered a 2XS.
