I had the hardest time choosing a size for these. All the reviews say size up, but in the end I decided to go with the size chart for my hip size, 36”, size small. I later found a medium in store, and I’m keeping both. Stats: 120 lb, 9 months post partum, small flat butt with bigger belly, waist 28”, fairly skinny legs. Here are my takeaways - hope it’s helpful to someone:
1. The most forgiving part of the pants are the waist. 28” waist in size S, no issue. I like the extra compression. The medium doesn’t do this for me and rolls down constantly.
2. The least forgiving parts are the hips and knees. In the small, I could definitely not squat past ninety degrees. They’re not pants to wear to the airport when you’re bending down to your luggage, etc. The medium lets me squat normally.
3. The small fits like a wrinkle-free, shiny Trinity/Matrix skin-tight pant. It stretched to a tight but doable pant within one hour. The medium shows wrinkles but fits more comfortably.

These are really cute, the material is so nice and soft! The only thing I didn’t like was how SMALL they are! I’m usually an XS and the S was hard to fit into but once they’re finally up and on they’re fine. So size up for sure. Otherwise I love them and they’re very decently priced.

I love the Daria pants, they are so versatile. They can be dressed up or down, and suit every situation. They hold you in slightly without being uncomfortable ... just a little support. The small in the long length are a perfect fit for me.

Super soft material, great stretch but the fit is really small. First time I need to buy medium leggings

These are my second pair. I had the black first and are a favorite in my wardrobe.

I have owned a pair of these leggings in the passed. I purchased a new set yesterday (as they were an awesome deal). These are NOT the same leggings. They do NOT have any stretch whatsoever. I purchased in a small, I typically wear XS and they are insanely tight and do not stretch. Such a disappointment compared to my last pair, and of course, cannot be returned or exchanged as they are final sale. BEWARE OF SIZING. I am unsure a medium would have even fit.

I bought these leggings before and love them. They are starting to wear out between the things (had them about 3 years). I ordered the same size but they are totally different now and much smaller - I can't even get them on! Final sale so a total waste of money:(

Fits too small if you have curves I should have sized up to a medium

I bought my first pair 10 years ago, my second 9 years ago and the third a year later. I still wear them to this day! Once I saw these are going away I purchased every color available in my size! They are the best vegan leather leggings I’ve ever had!

That nice and perfect

I wanted to replace my old pair that I bought many years ago because I love them so much and still wear them all the time. I got the same size as before and found out they are made significantly smaller, with zero give and final sale on top of that… very disappointing for an Aritzia purchase.

I have a pair from quite a few years back that I bought in a small. While they fit I should have got a medium then, so this time that’s what I did. They don’t feel bigger at all and the material feels slightly different (tighter) Would have exchanged them but they were more than 50% so final sale)

I have three pairs of these leggings. They are incredible quality, and I wear them with everything. Highly recommend.

So disappointed in these leggings. I ordered my usual size which is small and these leggings came so incredibly tight. I was able to get them on but they were low waisted and not flattering on the butt at all. Order a size up for sure.

I have bought several Daria pants in the sueded version and pleather. I recently bought this new pair and was so disappointed. The sizing and/or material is different. The sizing is at least 1-2 sizes too small and there is not enough stretch im the fabric to accomodate.
I shop at Aritizia for the attention to fabrics, style, consistency and quality ... dont start cutting corners

Best leggings ever! I hope Aritzia never discontinues these because they are a wardrobe staple.

Perfect fit, short length was amazing, size up

I ordered the wrong size based on what aritzia told me, too tight. Can’t return them, super annoying.

I didn't like these one bit and neither did my husband. they make your butt look almost flat. And I have a pretty nice one. So I returned them right away

I wanted to love these, but when I got my regular size M, I couldn't even get my foot through the opening. They fit so incredibly small, more like a child's size. Usually the sizing at Aritzia is bang on, but these are a total miss. Very disappointed, because I love the way they look.... and of course all the larger sizes are sold out.

Nice looking material but not much stretch at all. Always wear an Xs but purchased small based on your size chart. They’re definitely a bit tight yet medium would be quite large

Good quality so far. A little snug so size up - I’m 5”2 135lbs and got a large.

I had my first pair for at least 10 years. I will always buy these. I purchased a L(Petite) because everyone said they ran small now, but had to return for the M(Petite). Maybe people forget that they stretch because they've had them as long as I have. For reference, I am 5'4" 155lbs.

I love everything about these - fabric doesn’t sag, waistband doesn’t roll over and they feel great. Worth every penny.

These pants are so comfortable to wear. You can go casual or dress them up.

These are so cute and I love that they are high waisted. Feel like good quality even tho it’s vegan leather. A little too pricey for the material imo tho.

The pants are cute and the material is nice. The waist isn't quite as high as I had hoped. And the waist seems to slide down a bit, so I feel like I need to pull them up often. Perhaps I should have sized up.

Good quality, versatile, comfortable

I have two pairs in two different colours and if I could have more I would! So comfortable, so stylish, sassy and so many compliments! Warm in the winter and cool in the summer! Live for these pants!

I love the Daria pant! Just bought my second pair after around 5 years, but sizing is definitely smaller than it used to be. I'm 5"6 and 120 lbs - my old pair was XS, and now I needed a S. Couldn't get the XS up my leg! Either way, super versatile and comfortable pant/legging for everyday wear or to dress up. Wardrobe essential!

This version does seem to fit smaller. Returned the small for a medium. So far hasn’t stretched out too much, but only worn twice. Normally, I wear a 26 in denim forum jeans and buy small in bike shorts/ sweat pants.

Bought the medium which I couldn't get past my thighs. I exchanged for large which is too loose on the waist.

Fabric and quality are great.

I’ve had many pairs of faux leather pants throughout the years and could never commit to this price point, I finally treated myself and it was SO worth it… the quality is unmatched to any other pair I’ve owned, they are lined as well so they are actually warmer too. I got the extra long I am 5’8”&140 pounds and they fit perfectly. Now I want them in other colours !!!

Size down! You will have to wiggle into them initially but they stretch out. Still holding their shape after multiple wears.
Only reason I didn't give them a 5* was because I found them too long even after ordering the short.

Investment piece that will last a lifetime! These are my favourite pants! They fit true to size, for reference I am 115 pounds and wear a size small short.

They are so comfortable and you can dress them up or down! Absolutely a must have in your wardrobe!!

One of my fav things about Aritzia is how active people are in the reviews! So helpful! I'm normally a size 4/6 or S in pants at Aritzia. 27" waist, carrying a little extra weight in my thighs, sort of average build otherwise. I sized up to a medium and it was a bit of a squeeze getting it over my butt, but once it was over, it fit really well. The waist is still snug because it has an elastic at the top. Feels a bit tight after a large meal, but otherwise comfy. Faux leather feels good quality (also tried some from Simons and Mango and didn't like them as much). Would recommend!

These definately fit smaller, and they are long for my height even though I bought the regular length. The length is ok because they are tight. Overall I love them, they are super sexy, Just be aware they are small!

Typically a size 4/6 in Aritzia pants. 4 in Conan, 6 in Effortless. Bought a pair of the Daria around 4 years back in a small and it has stretched out A LOT where it's not flattering anymore. Ordered a new one with the same size S and I don't remember the old one being so tight when I first got them. It was a struggle pulling them up past my thighs/hip area but with a bit of work it fit nicely. I'm keeping the S as I know it will stretch out.

Have the same pant that I purchased a few years back. Ordered the same pair in the same size but different color. Even though I ordered the short length and same size this time, they were about 6” longer and couldn’t even get them up past my knees! Exchanged for a size up in regular length, which were perfect in length and fit. Hmmmm?

Love these for both style and comfort. Ordered the small and they fit well as a little bit of stretch. I got the classic black and chocolate brown great additions to my weekend wardrobe
