criss cross short

These are a super roomy short, and I sized down. They have a great length, look good dressed up or dressed down, but I wish I bought a smaller size.

As some reviews suggested, I sized down (normally a 26 and ordered the 25) and they fit great. It's the perfect amount of fitted and loose with the longer leg. My only complaint is the inside button is annoyingly hard to do up but necessary for it to lay properly.

I bought these shorts in a size 26 they fit me perfectly like as a snug fit, if you want a baggy look maybe size down 1 size I’m normally a s/m/6/8/27/28 I got the upsized criss cross jeans in a size 27 and they fit perfectly snug if that gives a reference. It does tend to stretch through the day quite a lot. Happy shopping <3

Scooped these shorts up on sale and they are super comfy! I was definitely looking for a looser fitting short so they work great for me, especially as someone with a more athletic build on the bottom. If you aren’t looking for them to stretch out I would recommend sizing down.

I am usually a 29 in Agolde, but I sized down to 28 in these (same as my 90’s fit) and they are perfect!

Agree with other reviews to size down with these shorts. I am always a 27 in AGOLDE denim but went for a 26 with these shorts. Could even go down a size still since it's still slightly loose arround the waist but happy with the fit around the thighs and booty. I'm 5'5 with an hourglass physique and muscular legs.

Size down! They will stretch right away.

Denim is fantastic, so soft and comfy! Love the style, definitely will be buying another ones, maybe in black. Lenght is polite enough to wear anywhere, but the design is so cool and unusual.
And yes, I usually wear size 26, with other brands, but this one took 25 and it’s still a bit roomy, but I love it that way.

The quality is great. All the reviews said they fit big, so I sized down to a 27 (I’m normally a size 28) and I’m really happy with the fit. A 28 would definitely have been too big in the waist. They stretched a tiny bit after multiple wears but not overly, which is great.

Love these jean shorts! Longer and wider leg is on trend, and nice for those of us who want a bit more coverage. Plus the looser leg is cool for summer vs tight-leg shorts. I have slimmer hips and wider waist but still sized down 2 full sizes for a good fit.

The fabric is very soft. It’s a very comfortable and casual Jean short. The length is great if you want a more covered look. As for fit- this is where it always gets tricky with Agolde. I bought a size bigger than my usual given the mixes reviews( some say it fits larger, others say it fits small). If you want them to be comfortable and baggy/oversized- purchase your regular size. If you want a fitted look- size down.

Keep your regular size for an oversized look and size down for a snugger fit (but still with lots of room!) Easy to dress up or down. Great with bodysuits! Love these and worth the price.

Really cute shorts, perfect length if you’re not looking for “bootie shorts”. These are classier! I sized down one size and it’s still a little roomy.

I received this pair of shorts today. It is so cute. I have the full length pants in the same crisscross style but the shorts actually fits more loose. It is so comfortable. I love it!

Stretches a bit in a good way, I got a 24 and usually buy 25 jeans so I’d say it sizes a bit small but no matter what it will adjust to your body.

Do not get me wrong, these shorts look so cute and unique. Very expensive but worth it. I can't wait to wear them when it summer comes along. I am 5'0 and these shorts almost my knee. But it's all in the preference. I like the length of 5' inseams so I might get these hemmed so I don't have to roll up my pants so much.

I bought my usual size (26) and I was super excited to wear them, I am already a very skinny person but they were absolutely humongous on me. Everything was oversized and way too loose on me, They looked like an XL. I was really disappointed that I spent over $200 on them. the quality of the jean is good but I really don't trust buying them online. It is better to try these on in-store. Luckily I have an amazing grandmother who re-sewed the legs and waist so they would fit. So I am now happily wearing them. I also suggest sizing down!!!

I absolutely love these shorts! I’m normally a 24 in Agolde but I could have sized down to a 23. I still kept them since the 23 was out of stock. Looser fit in the leg and overall a different look which I love

Originally ordered a 26 (i am usually a size 2 in all aritzia pants) had to return for a 25 and feel like i should even go down to a 24. Love them overall (even with a little bit of a baggier fit) and they are a super good denim.

They definitely fit larger in the waist. But depending on your body type you might be true to size. I feel if you are slender or less curvy you could wear your usual size and let them have that effortless look. I have a bigger but and thighs and small waist and found going smaller was more flattering. Very nice quality.

I am literally always a size 28. My waist measured 28 inches. These are not a 28 inch waist which is super annoying. It was too late for me to return them and now I have to spend $$ to get them tailored. Really sucks that the sizing is so inconsistent. The thigh part fits well though so I’d assume a size 27 would’ve been to tight in my butt. Oh well.

Unique take on the typical jean short - and fit amazingly. Not too short, not too long - and with room for legs to move.

If you have a bigger butt and thighs I wouldn’t suggest going down a size, go with your normal size but they fit and look amazing!

this short is so comfortable whatever you're sitting or standing. You can easily find a top to match the short.

Love the unique look of these jean shorts, they’re a bit longer than the regular cut offs which I like as well! The price point is high, but quality is very good and they’re true to size fit with a little bit of stretch :)

I loved the way these looked on my legs, they made them look long and skinny...however at the waist it just wasn’t a look! They don’t hug tight enough so your midsection kind of just looks square. Perhaps I needed a size smaller, I tried on a 26 and they fit great in the waist but they didn’t look effortless, they looked uncomfortable. I thought a 28 would give me that laid back yet chic look, I was sadly mistaken. They were not a bad price during Clientele, but I wouldn’t buy them now.

Too big hard to find right size

Definitely size down from your normal size in other brands. I typically wear a 24 in other brands, but a 23 in agolde. I’m 5’3 so is longer and and hits above the knee for me.

I sized down because of the reviews. I’m usually a 27. I got a 26. Was tough to get on but fit well once on. The style was cute but on me gave off more of a masculine vibe.

Love these shorts!!!! Very baggy oversized fit. I originally sized up to a 29 because my other jeans that are size 28 fit snug. But these genuinely are oversized to begin with, so there is no need to size up :) If you are looking for a more snug fit I would suggest to size down.

Love it !!! I have 3 agolde items and have had to go down a size.
