Very warm but was way too tight in the chest. I got a medium and returned it for the Super Puff Mid.

So sad. The large fits like an XL and I had to return another jacket I bought from you which was a medium. So I thought your large would fit. No returns? I tried to return in store. Very sad.

Fits well, albeit slightly smaller than expected in the shoulder/arm areas. I am 5'1 and average 140lbs. The details of the jacket are perfect; magnetic closures are a breeze and the fur near the top of the zipper is well thought out. SO warm!

It’s warm though but looks fat when wearing it lol. The size was little bit smaller compared to other style

The sleeves are a little long on me because I’m short so I wish they made a petite version. The parka is very warm and the magnetic closures are genius! It was a steal with the Black Friday discount!

I purchased a medium size and it fits great all over except for the shoulder area, it’s kind of tight. I have the summit in medium as well and don’t have that issue at all so I’m not sure if it’s the design or what. Overall I do like it though.

The fit is flattering for a parka. Love the overly large hood and the many features. Great length.

I got the large sky captain, which was available. I also own the small dark shadow. Both are good colors. At 4’11”, they hit mid thigh. At 160 lbs, the small is tight, the large is a bit loose (but probably good with a bulky sweater); the medium would’ve been perfect. I like the carrying straps inside and the big fuzzy hood, which was the reason I got the jacket in the first place. I look forward to winter with this parka.

I find the Bancroft way warmer than the Summit

Got the evening dove color, which is different from the usual black colors I get for jackets! Worn it a couple times outside and it has kept me warm so far :) Bought the XXS, I’m 5 feet and weigh 97 lbs, fits really well! I found the hood to be really huge though

Love, love, love this jacket. It is my favourite one and embarrassingly I have about 10 of them in different colours. I get so cold in the winter and it's nice to change them up. This one is perfect in every way. Style, fit, and WARMTH!! Absolutely love this jacket

I love this parka! It fits TTS and is very warm. I love the little details--straps to carry the jacket while indoors, magnets instead of buttons over the zippers, fleece-lined pockets.

I like this jacket. Runs a tad bit large and very comfy and warm and has so many pockets and a good length

Super warm! Zipper is oversize and easy to zip, the magnetic snaps are great for closing automatically. Lots of deep pockets. Deep hood, so you can wear a ponytail and still have a covered face. The Evening Dove colour is GORGEOUS! Fits smaller than normal, especially around the shoulders (I had to size up).

Love the fit and length of this parka, especially for a short petite (I chose 2XS). I got the Evening Dove colour, and it's a really nice muted shade of blue, which is a nice change of pace from all the dark coloured parkas I've had in the past. The arms are still a bit roomy on me, but I have very small arms lol. I still highly recommend it though. (can't comment on warmth yet as I've been stuck at home haha)

I bought this jacket to replace one I have for 6years. It is so well-made and WARM! Winters in Canada ca be cold...I am so warm with this coat. I ordered a Small, it is big but gives me room for layering. If you want a more fitted jacket, I would order a size down.

Very well-made jacket, except for the plastic zipper since it's plastic. I am 5'4 and 150 pounds with broad shoulders. I ordered a Medium but it was very tight on the shoulders so I exchanged for a size Large. The large is still a bit too big and a bit shapeless but I'll just keep it to wear during the coldest of the winters here in New York. I tend to like it a bit better without the fur trim so i just take that off.

This parka is SO warm, the fur is so full and keeps it’s shape and the colour (cider gold) is gorgeous! The pockets are big and the zipper is heavy duty. Very flattering shape as well, 10/10 would recommend!

Honestly best parka I’ve purchased. So I ordered a size up because i’m still in the growing ages and I wanted to use it for a couple years. I got a small but I’m usually an xs. For me it’s a little big in the length of the arms but no big deal. I’m definitely gonna use this parka for a while, quality is amazing and loving the dark olive color!

Just tight in the hips. So if your thicker hips order a size up. Otherwise the size is great.

I'm a size Small in the Puffer Coats and I ordered a Large parka online from a hunch.

The arms fit perfectly but the body was tighter than I expected, the shoulders are too wide for me but a medium would 100% not fit my chest. I was hoping to wear this with sweaters in the Canadian fall and winters. I probably still can but it won't be as roomy as the puffer.

It was a new, unworn coat but there was a strange dust stain on the bottom of the inner jacket. Also the colour (Cairo Gold) was darker than I was expecting it to be, I will still be keeping the parka.

It is really flattering for a down parka

The green colour is lovely. It’s nice to have some colour instead of going to the typical black option. When trying it on in stores the lady said that these were made bigger than there other styles that they carried which I liked because I have a hard time finding the right size since I am more curvier on my hips. I love how there’s multiple pockets and the little pocket inside as well. This coat definitely keeps me warm as I am commuting to work everyday. Even though I am hippy I do have to open up the zipper from the bottom when I am sitting down so that I do not break the seems. But when it comes to standing/ walking, having the jacket zipped fully keeps me warm

The coat is very warm and fit perfect. I love how there is two sets of pockets in the front especially the ones up top are nice to keep your hands warm! The fur on the hood is also removable which is convenient.

Great parka, but a few improvements needed. The hood is way too big and falls right over my face. The zipper splits at the bottom. The pockets should open from the sides as well as the top. It’s hard to keep your hands warm. Otherwise, very warm coat. High quality construction and materials.

LOVE this coat, everything about the design is so thoughtful from the magnetic closures to the soft fur covering the corner by your chin. I've had mine for six winters and it is holding up so well. My mother had an earlier version that has lasted over ten years and only just bought a second one to wear day to day but is still able to wear the older one for dog walking. The only thing I'd change is having it available in a tall version or have it come down longer +back split for walking.

You will literally NEVER regret this coat. Durable, warm, and cute as hell.

although my super puff in size small fits perfectly, this parka feels pretty tight to me in a small. also i purchased the Evening Dove color and was expecting a beautiful blue, but in person it is much more of a dull gray/green than on the website. the overall quality of the coat is very good.

Everything is perfect

I would highly recommend this parka because it is lifesavingly warm, so comfortable, and looks great with everything. The pockets are spot on. I've had mine for 4 years in dark green and it still looks brand new. It really is top notch quality. This jacket is going to last me for life it seems.

fits true to size but its so warm and heavy you don’t need to wear a bunch of layers underneath.
