autumn shirt jacket

The quality is nice but not $178 nice so I was excited when I saw this on sale. I measured myself, read the reviews and decided on ordering a size below what was recommended because I didn't want I don't like the oversized look. When I put it on I laughed because it fits clownishly large. I'm not saying it's a little oversized, I'm saying I look like a small child in an XL adult shirt. Learn from me - always order a few sizes and NEVER order final sale from Aritzia because their sizing is too unreliable for me to throw money at items that are still insanely marked up on sale.

This coat is so cute for the fall and is very comfortable. I was worried the wool would be itchy, but it isn’t at all. Definitely recommend!

Great little Jack for summer nights. It’s warm and goes with pretty much anything. It’s a little over sized so I sized down and it fits great.

On the boxier side but very cute, however it does pull easier than it should for the price

Looks wise the jacket is really great! If you wear it with something underneath it’s not itchy but if you wear short sleeves you may find it itchy. I got a 2XS and thought it was a good size with some room. Whatever you do DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER. I learned that lesson the hard way and now my jacket is way too small.

Still cute and warm, but obviously oversized in a way that looks too big. The shoulder seams overhang, and the sleeves are long and go to the end of my palm, and I am a tall woman. Good for layering, but if it wasn't final sale I probably would have sized down. Nice pattern and fabric though!

I absolutely loved this jacket until I washed it on delicate in my washer. I figured that with cool water and a light spin it would be fine, however the jacket shrank to a childs' size. Take this to the dry cleaner when you need to get it cleaned

It’s my new favorite Jacket! And it’s so warm and big enough to layer with more sweaters. I just wish it had usable pockets and that’s why I can’t give it 5 stars

Super cute! Love the color only regret is buying a large instead of a medium size. Because I got a large the size of the sleeves were a little too long. That was an easy fix though by rolling up the sleeves.

I ordered this jacket in my usual size before reading reviews; rookie mistake. I called concierge and they were able to swap the size and I’m so glad I did. The size down fits great. Cropped length is perfect and sleeves are perfect length (not too long as shown on model). I’ll be wearing this a ton. It’s not lined, a long sleeve bodysuit works great underneath so it breathes yet isn’t too hot if it were lined.

Love the color and material. Feels and looks high end. Almost bought when it was full priced but I’m glad I waited and got it on sale. Def feel like I scored

I bought this jacket online. When I received it and tried it on, I didn't love how it looked on me. Makes me look to boxey. I need a longer length. I tried to return it to the store and wasn't able to. I only wanted a credit so that I could exchange it for a longer length one. So disappointed as I purchase alot from ARitzia throughout the year.

The colour is beautiful.....I ordered the Cinder Pink. The size runs little bigger, but love the shape and everything overall!

Wool but not super heavy. No lining. I love the color I got which is Scarab, a dark green. I haven’t worn it yet because it’s very cold where I live, but I’m excited to.

My first autumn shirt jacket was a solid baby blue merino version. I absolutely love it. The material had the perfect luxe weight to balance the boxier cut.

I recently ordered one the of the check/plaid version where the material is a wool/poly blend and it feels incredibly cheap in comparison to the boiled merino wool. Much like a lot of the dupes out there, this was what I was trying to avoid. I will say that it’s still a beautiful jacket, but upon touching it? Just not for me.

5 stars for the merino version. 2.5 for wool/poly blend version. I’ll give my overall review a 4.

This is a warm and cute layer for fall/spring! It doesn't have side pockets, only the front. Also the deep taupe color I ordered looks way different online than what was shipped to me, but I still like the color (it's more purple than pink in person).

Can be dressed up or down. Kept the XS so that I could wear a sweater under it. Great cut.

Loved the quality of the jacket, or is very light, comfy, zero itchiness and yet warm! Loved the print and colors!! Definitely buying in another color!!

Got this in Scarab green and it's gorgeous! The colour is lovely and fit/length stylish, has a bit of room as a jacket should have. I got so many compliments the first time I wore it! Material and construction feel pretty solid, not sure if it might pill after washing though. I want it in more colours, definitely recommend.

Nice materials, but it’s quite boxy on me. I wish it’s a tad bit longer. It’s quite cropped.

I love the boxy fit of this jacket, it hits me just below my waist (I’m 5’’6), so it’s not too cropped. I thought it would be more lined like my ganna jacket but it’s not, making it a bit itchy. I get lots of compliment on the fun plaid, and it looks great with all the browns this season.

Fits well! I’m 5’6 and 105lbs I got a size xs. It’s very soft and warm. It is not lined though which is disappointing.

I primarily wear a size 10 or Large jacket. I ordered a Medium and have plenty of room. Love the colors and this jacket is perfect for cool fall days.

I thought this was a cropped version of the Ganna jacket. Unfortunately it wasn’t. The interior has a strange lining, at least on the one I ordered.
Had to return it…so unfortunately cause the pattern and color was beautiful

I am a petite large and I ordered this in a large. Unfortunately there is no option for shorter/petite people for this product. I wish the sleeves were shorter for me.

Such a great jacket! It’s so soft. Runs a little big but it’s great if you want to layer it with a sweater or thicker shirt. The color is gorgeous. For reference I’m 5’3 and 135 lbs.

When I bought this it was called the Ganna crop. I have 2 full length gannas but I reach for this more! It is the same quality as Ganna and I got thr same size a 2xs. It fits oversized and it is a bit boxier as it is cropped.

Love it. The feel of it is so soft. The only problem is that the sleeves are a bit to long. I just rolled it and it still looks great.

I really do like this jacket - I got the heather oat and the colour is great and versatile for spring and fall. It's good for milder weather when you don't want/need a full jacket, and I prefer the more shorter look (compared to the Ganna for example). The negative is that it does pill surprisingly easily. I think knowing that, I probably wouldn't have gotten it, although I do like it.

Cute jacket, fits like the other Ganna styles. I wear a small in the Ganna and Ganna Long. I usually wear a size M-L in non-oversize Aritzia pieces as a size 8-10 with a 34D bust. Though the XS also fits, the S gives enough room to comfortably layer. I got it in "Golden Camel," which is a great colour. Looking forward to wearing this in the fall!

I've purchase two of these now. I really like them. Nice, lightweight jacket for spring, or as an extra layer over a sweater. It's not lined, but I don't think that's a big deal. It's almost more of a denim jacket in it's styling, and those aren't lined. My only complaint is that it does pill.

I found the sleeves much too long and folding them up was too bulky. Had to return. Otherwise LOVE the jacket and fit.

I love the look of shirt jackets but find that so many of them are too oversized for me. This jacket fits me perfectly - it still has the oversized look but just more flattering for my small frame (hitting me just above the hip). It is the perfect fall/spring jacket that can be layered with a light weight sweater.
