ambience silk skirt

Unfortunately I ordered this on sale without reading other reviews. My usual size is between 1-2 sizes too big. Otherwise the material and pattern are beautiful and I’m having it altered as I can’t return the sale item.

Honestly… not worth the price — even at 50% off. It’s so thin and a single layer of fabric. The stitching isn’t even that nice. A very, very mediocre skirt. Also, I bought it I. My usual size 2 but you’ll need to size down if you want it to be high waisted. Size 2 is what I wear in all of my pants, but this skirt sits so low on my waist

It was too big for m size also bigger on top and smaller but flown on hem/under. The material is nice but the style is so so. I’d keep it for the material but the style isn’t great.

I will say it’s a cute skirt. However, I ordered this skirt in a size 0 and then reordered it in 00 and it looks like they gave me a skirt that’s already been altered. In the 0 original skirt I ordered there are two seams on the sides-pretty typical for a skirt. On this 00 skirt (with the tags still on) there are the two original seams and then two more mini seams going about two inches down on opposite sides. On their return policy it states they want the original article of clothing with the tags still on, unwashed, and unaltered-but here I am with a supposed new skirt that seems to be altered? Kind of odd, especially since it was still full price.

I am a 4 in all aritiza bottoms have multiple items, ordered 4 original and it was HUGE. Reordered a 0 and still too big and dart in back sat very weird. Returned both very disappointed I don’t recommend trying this one, unfortunate cause the print is sooo pretty!

Very cute skirt, great quality, very flatting BUT fits big. I am a true 12, and 12 is awkwardly loose on me. Too late to return so will have to alter but great otherwise.

Beautiful skirt, amazing fabric with a romantic pattern and a great flattering fit. Unlike other items with a more or less similar cut, this one is very forgiving and does not highlight things you'd rather keep hidden. It has an old world elegance that reminds me of the exquisite Italian fabrics and gorgeous interwar European fashion. You can pair it with a cupro/silk Wilfred top, sleek sandals and a simple set of white baroque pearls.
Aritzia, please make more of this:). Dresses, scarves...I'm in love with the fabric & pattern.

I ordered this because I was thrilled to see Aritzia had some 100% silk items again. Unfortunately, this skirt's fit was off. The low rise waist did not sit right on my hips in both sizes I tried. The darts at the back would not lay flat.

It’s such a flattering fit! I ordered the size ten at first but it was a little large so I reordered the size eight and it’s perfect. I’m 5ft 9 in and usually wear a size 8 to 10 !
