This is my first Aritzia review ever but I need to so Aritzia will bring them back in every color (and more) !!!!! These are soooo much better than the effortless pants with the (not so) elastic waist. Perfect for work while being sooo comfortable — and you can’t see the elastic in the back with a blazer or long sweater. I wish I discovered them earlier because now they’re sold out in 4 for all colors and I NEED MORE OF THEM !!!
I paid full price for them and I think they are worth every penny. The elastic waistband is really helpful when I have to sit in the office all the day long. I bought size 6 in tall length because there is no short length and size 6 in regular length is sold out. Size 6 in Alanya pants fits slightly loose compared to size 6 in Effortless pants: overall, Very happy with my purchase.
I get so many compliments on these pants. They're very flattering. They're comfortable and don't wrinkle when I've been sitting. They flow nicely- I've dressed them up for work or thrown on with a pair of white runners.
I am always looking for pants to wear to work and I can never find the “right” pants but these just might be it. Fabric drapes well, waistband is comfortable, good length, pockets, very flattering.
I am size 10 and it fit me perfectly. The fabric is very comfortable and durable. I couldn't buy the short length because it was out of stock so I had to take it to do the hem. This style makes you look slender according to people comments.
After reading every single review, I purchased these in a size 0 - TALL. Yes they’re comfortable, but they’re also a little big and WAY too short. I decided to measure the inseam and it was only 30.5 inches. That’s literally shorter than the ‘regular’ length, and definitely not long enough for someone who is over 5’7, especially for a wide leg pant that’s intended to “hit at the ground while wearing heeled shoes”. I understand that inseam varies by size, but if you're going to advertise an item as ‘tall’ then it should probably be long enough for a tall person, even in the smallest size. On top of that, the price tag on these pants shows $10 cheaper than they’re listed for online, so now I just feel extra ripped off. I miss the old Aritzia.
I am 5’7 and bought the longer version so they do not appear short when worn with heels. Sizes up to a 6 from a 4 for extra space, I see no difference between the size 4 and the size 6. I miss when aritizia had very consistent sizing all across the board. Other than that the pants are fine.
Great quality, fits true to size! I found them a little longer than when I tried them on in the store. I’m 5’5” and I don’t think I’ll be wearing them with runners anytime soon!
I love the Alanya pant and wear them all the time for work. The elastic waist at the back makes it really comfortable for my long commute on the train and when for when I eat. I got a size 6 which is my usual size but it does fit a bit bigger than my other pants (I also have the Dashwood pant which has an elastic waist too). It isn't overly big though and I do have muscular thighs so the 6 works for me. Highly recommend these pants!!
These pants are beautiful. So chic and fit beautifully. The elastic at the back of the waist makes them so comfortable too! Just wish there were belt loops.
Love these so much, I’ve bought them in so many different colours. Purchased a tall and they are the perfect length! A great staple to jazz up a casual look!
These pants are nice but the fabric is a bit thinner than the effortless and I thought they were kinda see thru as well. I feel a bit more put together in the effortless pants so I returned these. Also these fit a bit smaller so I would not recommend buying these final sale because you can’t return
I’m 5’10 and so happy to have finally found a pair of wide leg pants that are long enough. I order an 8 long and they fit great. They look great on and are very slimming. Love that you can dress them up or down. So happy with them.
I cannot say enough about these pants! I'm 5'8" - they are THE perfect length for me - I like pants slightly past my ankles. They are also very flattering to the figure- they come up to the waist and smooth over the little tummy bulges and "love handles" .
The material is so flowy and comfy - I've already ordered them in the blue as well. I want ALL the colours! I wear them to work but they can be worn as a casual item as well with a plain t-shirt, hoodie or even sweatshirt.
After reading the reviews I sized up. I am usually an 8 and ordered a 10. I was comparing the Alanya to the Effortless which I feel fit a little smaller and the reviews suggested the same. The size 10 are a little big - not returning though becuase they still look ok - I will use these on my bloated days :) I would say order your regular size.
I have a short torso so they are super high on me. I got the short length and they are still too long. Way to big in the thighs. Wanted to return/exchange but the sales consultant said it was “too late” . Not a fun experience
I've been looking for a pair of pants that works with my body shape with a smaller waist and larger butt/thighs and these are it. I usually wear a size 8 but I sized up to a 10. The waist band is stretchy so it can accommodate different body types. I'm 5'10 and found the Regular length perfect for me. The material is stretchy and comfortable.
I’m 5’4 about 135-140 lbs. the short length is PERFECT. The waistband is a tad snug but still wearable. I originally had the Size 4 regular which was way too long on me. Great for going out or a casual day!
I own both the Alayna and effortless pant and I love the Alayna pant for when I’m going to eat a big meal as the elastic back stretches. The short version of longer than the effortless short length so I do have to get it tailored.
I tried this pant and the Effortless Pant and to my surprise I preferred the Alanya Pant! I’m usually a size 6 in most pants and I ordered a 4 in these and they fit perfectly! They’re not too wide and are light and flowy. I am 5’7 and I will say that these pants are really long, which I don’t really mind. If I wear non platformed shoes, they fall amount 1 inch from the ground.

These pants fit well and the material and quality is amazing. Great for work and stretchy in the back which makes them really comfortable when sitting at a desk for long hours. I have them in 3 colors!
True to size on the waist and hips and super flattering. Elastic at the back makes it forgiving if you’re in between sizes, with no gapping - but subtle enough not to detract from the tailored pant look. Not sure all the hype around the effortless pants given the sizing issues when these exist. They are LONG though. I have a 32 inseam at 5’9 and the tall version was too long and will need hemming. The regular are fine (I bought both).
