SHAREThe Den, located at our Pacific Centre flagship in Vancouver, has unveiled its latest makeover. Inspired by vintage objet d'arts, the current installation takes notes from the concept of "A Conservatory at Dusk". Antique birdcages, Victorian park benches, stuffed peacocks, chandeliers and exotic plants call to mind a different era - one of eccentric collectors, inventors and artists.
In keeping with the theme, miscellany was sourced from around the world. Look for traditional Turkish "Fouta" linens that can be used as a towel, blanket or throw, nostalgia-inspired stationery, totes and pouches from O-Check Design Studio in Korea, soy candles crafted from 100 percent organic essential oils by Montreal's Casa Naturotherapie and delectable toothpaste by Marvis from Italy. Also, The Den is the first location in North America to receive the entire series released by Penguin Classics of ten classic novels featuring hardcovers designed by Coralie Bickford-Smith.

Last Thursday, we hosted our first in a series of fashion shows presenting our F/W '10 collections and it was loads of fun! Although we can't show off all our fabulous Fall fashions online just yet (the lookbooks will be revealed soon - we promise!), gauging by the "ooohs and aaaahs" heard from the guests, we think we've got a big hit on our hands.

Happy Earth Day! Here at Aritzia, we want our environmental footprint to be as light as possible. We're the first to admit that we're not perfect but being conscious is the first step. Little decisions can add up to make a difference. Our stores use low-energy lighting, earth-friendly paint and cleaners as well as wood-free shopping bags. We're also very proud of our Community line, which uses fibres such as organic cotton, rayon and viscose from bamboo and renewable hemp. Easy on the eyes as well as easy on the Earth - we are trying. Introducing ... Little Moon by Wilfred.
We've given you a little peek here and a little peek there but the time has finally come for us to officially unveil Little Moon by Wilfred in its entirety.
This new seasonal collection is our most luxurious to date and a labour of love from start to finish. Combining gorgeously sensual fabrics, delicate prints and an artisanal approach to design, Little Moon by Wilfred is, in a word, stunning. Named after its inspiration - the print on the vintage piece of fabric discovered in a Parisian flea market - this collection is part of an ongoing series thats name will change as the seasons evolve.
There are some things in life that words just can't do proper justice and this collection is one of them. See it/feel it/try it on in person and be prepared for your breath to be taken away.

With the 2010 Winter Games officially over, it's time for us to bid farewell to our beloved Yeti. We're sad to say goodbye so we want to make sure he finds a good home with people who will love and care for him.
The Aritzia Yeti is available to those who can pick him up in person in Vancouver and only cash will be accepted. There are 10 yetis in total and each one measures 7ft tall by 3ft wide. The Yeti's are $200 each and all proceeds will be donated to the Canucks Place Children's Charity.
