1. Kid Cudi Pursuit of Happiness (feat. MGMT & Ratatat) [Alternate Version]
I'm a sucker for this kind of illusion play and keep watching it over again. Imagine how fun it would have been to work on the set. Or on those costumes.
2. Azari III Manhooker
These dudes are Toronto locals and put on a great live show. The really simple video is totally fitting somehow.
3. J* Davey Get Together
I just want to hear a new J Davey album already!
4. Yeasayer Ambling Alp
It's not a big secret that I love this song and if you've been in store in the last month you've heard the album playing no doubt. The video is a pretty awesome throwback to '70s psychedelic art movies.

Russell Brand seems to have great taste. Not only has the British funnyman snagged Katy Perry as his fiancee, but he was also snapped heading to the gym toting our Park Life for Aritzia duffel. There's a reason why so many people love U-Tern. One of Vancouver's finest DJs, he has a genius little knack for creating specific moods with music. It's something he demonstrates regularly on One Day Later, his show on Brooklyn Radio. When tasked with making Aritzia a custom mix U-Tern created the mood of being "More Than Friends". Um..is anyone else swooning???

What better way is there to celebrate winning an Olympic gold medal than to treat oneself to a much-deserved shopping spree? We can't think of one. Lindsey Vonn certainly seems to agree with us because she made a pit-stop at our Pacific Centre store over the weekend before her (and the rest of the Olympic visitors) left town.
Lindsey - we know that your new favourite accessory is probably your gold medal but does the leopard-print wool scarf you took home come in second? In this case, we'd be happy to take silver.
A common denominator between some of the most stylish women out there - regardless of what type of look they have - is a certain effortlessness in pulling off what they're wearing. The French may think of it as that je nais sais quos factor, but we think we know what their secret is. It boils down to the luxe basics they build their outfits on.
